If you’ve been in lately, you’ve probably noticed that we’ve started doing some things a little differently. We’ve started using an online concierge service to streamline our communications and make it easier for you to get in touch with us, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Through our new service we’ll be able to:
- Get appointment reminders. Now you can confirm your appointment through email or text message, whichever you prefer. We’ll send you a message a couple days in advance with the specifics of your appointment. All you need to do is look over the message and respond to let us know “all systems are go” for your Planet Hair appointment reservation.
- Submit appointment requests. Doesn’t it seem like it’s the middle of the night by the time you remember to call us for an appointment? Now you don’t have to wait until we reopen to request an appointment. Just go to our website or Facebook page and request an appointment. We’ll get back to you as soon as we can with available times.
- Write online reviews. Share the love and let the world know how much you enjoy your experience at Planet Hair!
- Rate your service. After each appointment you’ll receive an email, asking you to provide feedback about your service with us. We love to hear ways we can make your service better.
